If there’s a need for the industry, we will be the first to adapt it and the first to perfect it. Trouw Nutrition is setting the standard when it comes to Quality and then looking to exceed it.
Not only do we quality check everything -- we recheck it! Our quality checks include naming just a few, securing the supply chain through our ISAM system (Ingredient Supplier Assessment Management), testing and monitoring through Lab Retriever, our LIMS system, PQA’s, NIR Discriminant Analysis, and testing the final product through our ISO-certified vitamin laboratory. On average, our premixes undergo more than 101 quality checks.

Quality Assurance
Nutrace® program- an industry innovation
Nutrace is Trouw's quality feed-to-food saftey program and the industry's only "100-touch" assurance program. Key features of the Nutrace program include total traceability of feed batches back to their raw materials, and ingredient and supplier assessment management. This methodology uses a common set of standards to ensure we use only healthy, safe, and sustainable raw materials from known suppliers and orgins.
